Target is hiring for a Food Service Team Leader to guide a fast-paced Food & Beverage team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will coordinate daily tasks, assist with drive-up and checkout duties, and support training for new hires in a dynamic retail environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication, with a focus on meeting guest needs and operating with efficiency in a store setting that prioritizes guest experience.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first and freshness culture on your team.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly team members with coaching and performance feedback.
