Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing daily operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and direct staff.
• Maintain accounting records and cash controls; assist in managing P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and compliance with standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and guests.
• Perform unit opening and/or closing procedures.
