Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with management
• Hire, onboard, and coach team members
• Schedule staff
• Provide product information and sampling, and thank guests
• Take and fulfill guest orders ensuring satisfaction
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels
• Oversee food preparation and merchandising of deli items
• Display products following merchandising guidelines
• Follow recipes accurately and rotate stock for quality and safety
• Receive and inventory merchandise and supplies
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Handle cash register transactions
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in coolers/freezers
