Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department, including personnel, to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department staff to meet goals, communicate with management and supervisors
• Hire, onboard, and coach new team members
• Schedule staff shifts
• Provide product information, suggest sales, and thank guests
• Take and fulfill guest orders to satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Order supplies and maintain proper stock levels and merchandising
• Oversee preparation and serving of deli/food items, including entrees, fried foods, pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, and beverages
• Display items following merchandising guidelines
• Follow recipes accurately
• Rotate products for quality and safety, control shrinkage
• Receive and audit merchandise, organize storage
• Conduct inventory counts
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Handle cash register transactions correctly
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and assist other locations

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Serv-safe certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in coolers/freezers
• Stand for long periods, reach, bend, and use necessary equipment
