A leading government agency is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee dining operations, ensuring compliance with health standards and managing staff in a dynamic food service environment. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: To be responsible for supervising an assigned food service staff in dining areas or cafeterias, providing table, counter, booth, or cafeteria line service, and performing related work as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a superior, receiving both general and specific instructions. Work is reviewed for conformance and results.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Trains, supervises, instructs, and reviews the work of subordinates engaged in food service activities.
Completion of 12 school grades and experience in a food service program, or an equivalent combination.
