Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperforming employees.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety expectations are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
