Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for University of Maryland: Baltimore County in Baltimore, MD. The role involves directing associates on a shift, ensuring policy adherence, and meeting quality, productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling staff, evaluating performance, preparing reports, and serving as the point of contact for employee requests.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
