We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: St. Mary's College of Maryland – 16800 Point Lookout Road, Saint Mary's City, MD 20686. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time – Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service and front‑of‑house experience is required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
