Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to partner with the Food Service Director in planning, directing, and coordinating a large on-site food service operation with one or more kitchens. You will supervise a team of food service workers and ensure safe, high‑quality meal preparation and service in accordance with regulations and client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, 18+, two years of management experience in food service, three years in food service, ServSafe Certification, valid driver’s license, purchasing/inventory/receiving experience, knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards, basic accounting and math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and food service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train, and administer corrective actions to team members.
• Review and approve payroll weekly.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per plan.
• Ensure team safety and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare menu schedules.
• Oversee ordering and reporting.
• Manage preventive maintenance to protect assets.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
