Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to collaborate with the Food Service Director to plan, direct, and coordinate a large food service operation with one or more kitchens.

You will supervise a team of food service workers, oversee payroll, ensure inventory accuracy, safety standards, and compliance with regulations, while maintaining strong client relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage facility food service operations.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review and approve payroll weekly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare menu schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
