Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to partner with the Food Service Director in planning, directing, and coordinating a large food service operation with one or more kitchens.

The role includes supervising a team of food service workers and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service. The ideal candidate will lead with passion for food and service, manage inventory and payroll, and uphold health and sanitation standards while building strong client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and with food service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review and approve payroll on a weekly basis.
• Maintain inventory and plan menus, ensuring accurate on-site reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and quality control across the operation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and sustain long-term relationships.
• Participate in contract negotiations and renewals as needed.
