Qualifications

• Experience as a shift lead or supervisor in food service.
• Proven customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient food and beverage knowledge.
• Computer literate and comfortable with basic software.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all Food Service areas (Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, beverages) and drive both self-service and full-service formats.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally; oversee shifts and inventory.
• Train new and existing staff on customer service and Nouria protocols; enforce safety standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of store areas; ensure equipment is operated safely and reports incidents.
• Lead by example to deliver Nouria’s customer service program at the site level.
