Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to support food safety, supplier compliance, and regulatory documentation. You will manage supplier and ingredient records, support FSVP requirements, and ensure purchased products meet applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical, quality, regulatory, or supplier documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Experience reviewing supplier documentation, specifications, COAs, questionnaires, and compliance records.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, or regulatory requirements.
• Food manufacturing, food ingredients, food safety, or related industry experience.
• Food Science degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier, ingredient, and food safety documentation.
• Monitor and verify documentation from domestic and international suppliers.
• Perform supplier and ingredient risk assessments and support FSVP compliance.
• Review specifications, COAs, questionnaires, and other compliance documentation.
• Complete documentation requests and packets for customers.
• Track supplier corrective actions and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Sales, vendors, and co-packers.
