Job summary

CareersInFood.com is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to manage and organize compliance documentation for customers and suppliers. You will respond to requests, maintain data in compliance systems, and support regulatory readiness.

This is a full-time, on-site role working in a food manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in food manufacturing or regulatory compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food manufacturing or regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to documentation requests from customers related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Support the sales team with responding to document requests or related questions
• Prepare, organize, and maintain internal technical and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and ongoing regulatory readiness
• Maintain and update supplier and product data in food safety and compliance management software, and fulfill related documentation requests submitted through customer portals
• Track and update supplier approval documentation as needed in support of and in coordination with regulatory control
• Participate in departmental meetings and present cases for team discussions
• Perform other documentation tasks as required
