Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Server Assistant/Food Runner to support dining operations, greet guests, run food orders, and maintain cleanliness.

You will work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service, accurate orders, and guest satisfaction, while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred; strong English communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic and guest-focused to support dining operations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience as a busser/server assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables according to standards and keep area clean.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Greet guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with beverage service and delivering beverages.
• Communicate with kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Maintain expo stations and ensure safety and hygiene.
