Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort by CoralTree Hospitality in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Server - Pelican Landing to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining safety and hospitality standards.

The role requires strong communication in English, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work outdoors in a vibrant resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to serve alcohol legally.
• TIPS and Food Handler certifications required.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them to Pier Sixty-Six standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and check guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests.
• Follow cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain poolside cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Communicate with kitchen about orders, timing, allergies and substitutions.
• Assist with closing duties and ensure proper check presentation.
• Support other outlets and team members as needed.
