Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a well-rounded Server - Pelican Landing to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with warmth and precision. You’ll help create memorable experiences while maintaining five-star standards and teamwork with colleagues across outlets.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest satisfaction, syncing with kitchen and bar, following safety policies, and ensuring clean, professional service at poolside outlets under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at legal drinking age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS and Food Handler certifications required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests to five-star standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and check guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of outlets.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and procedural guidelines.
