Qualifications

• 5+ years in data-driven governance and experience programmes in O2O, Local Services, or related fields.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
• Strategic thinking with programme management and cross-functional influence.
• Familiarity with online/offline local services governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small governance & experience team for US-based Local Services Dining.
• Reduce risks across merchant, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment areas.
• Set policies to collect feedback and devise service experience strategies.
• Collaborate with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, Legal to improve ecosystem health.
• Monitor US Dining health using data-driven investigations and rapid response.
