Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs.
• Experience managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts across regions.
• Strong background in planning commercial food and beverage environments within offices.
• Knowledge of food safety, culinary trends, dietary diversity, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to manage complex logistic operations with concurrent timelines.
• Experience with procurement, contract management and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define global F&B strategy across cafes, micro-kitchens, and catering.
• Lead vendor governance and IFM management with global contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Oversee global F&B budget, cost-per-head controls, and forecasting.
• Ensure food safety compliance and drive sustainability goals.
• Develop global playbooks and SLAs for local teams.
