Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior leader for Local Services Governance & Experience to drive data‑driven governance policies for the US Dining segment. You will lead a small team, mitigate risks across merchants, creators, and fulfillment, and collaborate with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, and Legal to enhance ecosystem health.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in governance programs, 3+ years in people leadership, and a strong quantitative background with proficiency in SQL/Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving data‑driven governance/experience programmes in O2O, Local Services, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of governance/experience experts for US‑based Local Services Dining Business.
• Reduce risks across merchant, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment areas.
• Establish policies to collect user feedback and devise service experience strategies.
• Formulate strategies to balance business experience with risk mitigation for Merchants/Creators.
• Collaborate with Algorithm, Product, Engineering, and Legal to improve ecosystem health.
• Monitor US Dining ecosystem health using data‑driven approaches and respond to incidents.
