Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient packaging lines and ensure tortillas and other products meet specs. You will rotate tasks, operate Auto Baggers and pallet jacks, and enter data into our ERP system. The role emphasizes safety, line efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 1–2 years in food manufacturing equipment work is a plus.
• Must follow SOPs, recipes, and work task specifications.
• Strong attention to safety and quality according to SQF/GMP/HACCP/OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines (Auto Baggers, Ilapak) and palletize finished product.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and meet production schedules.
• Enter production data into the ERP system; monitor product specs and weights.
• Assist in QA tasks such as pH verification and line quality checks.
