C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to drive safe, efficient food manufacturing. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, set up machinery, and monitor processes to ensure quality and compliance with GMPs.

This role requires reading safety rules, following SOPs, keeping records in Redzone, and collaborating with supervisors and quality staff. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Knowledge of GMPs and basic quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Set up machinery per specifications and ensure proper function.
• Monitor equipment operation and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Record production data in the Redzone system and assist inventory tasks.
