The role emphasizes quality control, sanitation, and accurate record-keeping while collaborating with supervisors and other team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures (SOPs, GMPs).
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment to meet specs.
• Monitor production processes and quality checks.
