Job summary

SeaWorld is seeking a supervisor to lead ambassadors in delivering outstanding guest experiences from the start. You will model high service standards and foster a positive atmosphere for guests and teammates alike.

You will create schedules, track reports, address complaints, supervise and train ambassadors, and ensure park operations meet safety and quality standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection.
• Ability to pass Alcohol training and Food Handlers tests upon selection.

Responsibilities

• Create ambassador schedules and maintain Kronos reports.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Supervise and train ambassadors.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Order and maintain products and supplies.
• Ensure food quality, guest service and sanitation standards.
• Enter notifications to record repairs and maintain facility standards.
• Record the day’s events in a communication log.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and training ambassadors.
