SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking part-time Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced park environment. You will help guests enjoy meals, learn park information, and operate dining facilities with energy and a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include supervising ambassadors, training staff, opening/closing duties, handling money, and ensuring safety and quality per recipes and HACCP guidelines. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass ServSafe exam prior to starting.
• Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection.
• Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions.

• Provides and leads team to deliver superior guest service.
• Regularly keeps ambassadors motivated and energized.
• Opens and closes facilities in accordance with procedures.
• Provides menu and park information to guests.
• Monitors equipment and reports problems to proper personnel.
• Ensures meal and rest periods are provided to ambassadors.
• Monitors queues and ensures food is prepared to recipes.
• Supervises and trains ambassadors; authorizes over-rings.
• Represents the park with a positive attitude and high energy.
