Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven leadership experience, 1+ years preferred.
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift weights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for all team members and guests.
• Develop Assistant Supervisors and team members.
• Conduct quality inspections of assigned areas.
• Assist in labor line scheduling and resource management.
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
