Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a supervisor to lead ambassadors and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Tampa location. You will schedule teams, track daily and periodic reports, address guest concerns, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the park running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to train staff while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the start.
• Create ambassador schedules and maintain Kronos reports.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Supervise and train ambassadors.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Maintain products and supplies.
• Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement and sanitation standards.
• Record the day’s events in the communication log.
• Maintain safety and operation by coordinating with maintenance.
• Interview, hire, and evaluate ambassadors as needed.
