Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to deliver outstanding guest service and create memorable experiences for park guests in Texas. You will lead and energize a team, assist with opening/closing procedures, and provide accurate park information while maintaining food safety standards.

The role includes supervising ambassadors, managing queues, serving food, and ensuring policy-compliant operations in varied indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successfully pass ServSafe exam prior to starting.
• Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection.
• Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate ambassadors to deliver superior service.
• Open and close facilities following established procedures.
• Provide menu and park information to guests.
• Monitor equipment and report problems to proper personnel.
• Set up and monitor queue lines.
• Prepare and serve food for park guests.
• Train ambassadors and supervise daily tasks.
• Represent the park with energy and commitment to quality.
