Hyatt Place Washington DC Georgetown/West End is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of outlets and services, ensuring food quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance in line with Hyatt standards.

The role includes interviewing, training, coaching, and scheduling associates, monitoring service quality, maintaining sanitation, and handling inventory and safety protocols.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micros point of sale system (Micros POS).

Mansioni

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets and services.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates are met in all F&B operations.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Assist with maintaining par levels and inventories of F&B supplies.
