The role requires 3+ years in F&B supervision, strong POS, cost control, liquor-law knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive benefits and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including training and performance management.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control restaurant and bar operations to meet brand standards.
• Ensure efficient service and maintain profitability.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across dining areas.
• Supervise and train food & beverage staff to ensure courteous service.
• Oversee bartenders and room service staff, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage ordering, storage, and issuing of goods with security and stock control.
• Address customer complaints and uphold service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
