Qualifications

• 3+ years in food and beverage operations or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control restaurant and bar operations to meet standards.
• Ensure prompt, efficient service and maintain profitability.
• Oversee cleanliness, setup, and floral arrangements; supervise staff.
