Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations or a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including training and performance management.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, and beverages to the required standards.
• Maintain profit margins by managing costs through sales analysis, menu costing, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and bar, including table setups and flower arrangements.
• Supervise food and beverage associates, ensuring they are well-groomed and provide courteous service.
• Manage bartenders and room service staff, ensuring training and service standards are met.
• Oversee room service orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
