Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major; 1 year F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with supervising daily F&B/culinary operations and budget adherence.
• Participates in staffing, training, and maintaining service standards.
• Monitors guest satisfaction and enforces F&B policies and procedures.
• Coordinates cleaning programs and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Maintains knowledge of brand service culture and supporting initiatives.
