Job summary

Hollywood Casino Columbus is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations on the floor, supervise team members, and ensure guest satisfaction with high service standards.

The role supports scheduling, training, and enforcing beverage and dining service guidelines, while monitoring performance, costs, and adherence to safety regulations. Applicants should have strong communication skills and a relevant hospitality background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One–two years beverage/food service experience preferred.
• One year supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Prior gaming or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and on-shift supervision to food and beverage team members.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and profitability; take corrective action as needed.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and staffing coverage.
• Promote and enforce exceptional guest service standards.
• Maintain menus and track inventories, usage, and par levels.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health regulations, and safety requirements.
• Support budgets, cost controls, and departmental procedures.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of department, employee, and company information.
• Manage workflow during shifts; coach and provide real-time feedback.
• Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned.
