Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all dining outlets during assigned shifts. You will ensure prompt, courteous service, monitor staff adherence to standards, and coordinate opening/closing of beverage operations.

This role requires strong leadership and exceptional guest relations skills. Responsibilities include supervising service, managing schedules, resolving complaints, and maintaining inventories to support smooth daily operations in a busy casino dining

Qualifications

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in all food and beverage outlets.
• Ensures prompt and courteous service to customers and maintains service standards.
• Monitors employee performance and adherence to policies; provides feedback and counseling as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the service operation of restaurant during assigned shift.
• Maintain daily employee work station and break schedules.
• Ensure beverage shift operations are opened and closed properly and on time.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and timely.
• Requisition and maintain control of inventories; monitor staff performance.
