Qualifications

• Two years of Food and Beverage experience or equivalent education.
• Minimum two years of previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff.
• Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance.
• Ensure customer service standards are followed.
• Assist Manager with administrative duties as assigned.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to relay information.
• Monitor appearance of food/beverage served.
