Formación

• Experience in guest service and hospitality operations.
• Ability to train associates on core values, roles, and service standards.
• Availability to work varied shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect storage areas for FIFO compliance, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Complete opening inventories of supplies and liquor, and requisition items as needed.
• Monitor dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Support other departments to ensure top‑notch guest experiences.
• Train associates on policies, responsibilities, and service excellence.
