Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor to lead daily service excellence, inventory control, and guest satisfaction at our San Antonio location.

In this role, you will supervise dining room operations, ensure safety and quality, train associates on core values and service standards, and collaborate with management to recognize performance and maintain seamless guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects storage areas for organization, FIFO, cleanliness; rectifies deficiencies.
• Completes inventories (opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor; checks stock and requisitions necessary supplies.
• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and service aspects.
• Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.
• Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.

As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:

• Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.
• Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.
• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
• Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.
• Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

To Become a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
