Qualifications

• At least 2 years of food and beverage experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to work any shift on any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire employees to exceed standards.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and interface skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to delight customers.
• Strong food, beverage, and alcohol knowledge.
• Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified.

• Maintain knowledge of F&B standards and ensure that each outlet is equipped with essential supplies.
