Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Kentucky to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and a customer-focused experience. You will work with the General Manager and Assistant GM to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience in food service or retail a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and drive changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs (fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering).
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans with peers to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to enhance proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep for smooth operations.
