Wawa, Inc is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) in Kentucky to oversee daily food and beverage operations, lead a team, and drive sales while ensuring a high-quality, consistent customer experience.

You will partner with the GM and AGM, own food programs, train Customer Service Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results and streamline operations.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations.
