Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all food and beverage operations at our Bethlehem location, working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience every day.

You’ll own food programs, drive sales, train Customer Service Associates, assist with hiring and scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
• Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.
• Drive food service sales and meet performance goals with focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans to optimize results.
• Become in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to improve proficiency and service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep for smooth operations.
