Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all food and beverage operations, focusing on fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant GM to ensure a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience every day. You will lead training for Customer Service Associates, assist with hiring and scheduling, and promote team development.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

• Own food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go, beverages, and catering.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with focus on quality and consistency.
• Be the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
