Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all food and beverage operations, working with the GM and AGM to ensure a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience each day.

You will own and deliver training, supervise hiring and scheduling, and maintain health and safety standards. This role emphasizes leadership, sales growth, and exceptional service across a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results and sales.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development. Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.
