Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Houston is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee restaurant and room service operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. You will hire, train and develop staff, ensure service quality, and uphold LSOPs and SOPs for safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, hotel operations knowledge, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
