Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for the Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks in Houston, TX. This on-site role oversees restaurant and room service operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working closely with the Outlets Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has more than two years of post-high school education and at least two years of related hospitality experience, with strong supervisory and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Requires more than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, and manage staff.
• Assist with implementation of company programs and ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs.
