Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage leader for its Houston operation. The role oversees interview, hire, train, plan and direct F&B functions, including room service, restaurants and banquets, to meet daily operating needs.

You will develop schedules, monitor costs, enforce standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with state and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and discipline when needed
• Direct and plan F&B department functions to meet daily operation needs
• Delegate responsibilities across sub-departments (room service, restaurants, banquets)
• Develop and monitor staff schedules for profitable operations
• Control beverage and labor costs per Crescent standards
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and corporate alcohol regulations
• Assist managers in achieving profit objectives and quality standards
• Review guest satisfaction and adjust policies to improve service and sales
