Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead Banquets, Restaurants, In-Room Dining, Lounges and related F&B functions at the Hyatt Houston property. The role reports to the hotel General Manager and sits on the Executive Committee, with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership.

The position requires extensive F&B leadership experience, budget oversight, and the ability to align operations with Hyatt standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
• Senior leadership experience in a food and beverage environment
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Banquets, Restaurants, In-Room Dining, Lounges, Stewarding, and related F&B areas
• Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans and objectives
• Participate in hotel executive management and coordinate with other departments
• Drive F&B sales and marketing programs and oversee staff development and coaching
• Ensure Hyatt standards of service and regulatory compliance
