Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs to understand event details and service needs.
• Set up banquet rooms per specifications and timelines.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout events.
• Serve courses and beverages following standards and supervisor guidance.
• Coordinate with banquet staff to manage changes and room resets.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper equipment during and after events.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and ingredients to answer questions.
