Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Houston is seeking an Outlet Manager to assist the planning and management of Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

You will supervise servers, ensure service standards, and coordinate with the restaurant manager on events, classes, and taste panels while maintaining cleanliness and proper setup across outlets.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems.
• Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; adapt style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Monitor servers and buspersons for adherence to standards and assist in coverage.
• Coordinate with the restaurant manager on events, house counts, and tastings; ensure proper setup and cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to staff; supervise attendance and shift readiness.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and corporate policies.
